      Any dry-erase whiteboard markers and erasers will work with the White version of the DeskBoard Buddy™. However, for the Black version of the DeskBoard Buddy it is recommended that you use our specially designed 12 pack of black DeskBoard Buddy markers that we sell here on the website. These dry erase markers are specially designed to work on the black glass surface of the black color DeskBoard Buddy. We also sell traditional dry erase markers that work great with the white DeskBoard Buddy here.

      How big and heavy is the DeskBoard Buddy Portable?

      The DeskBoard Buddy Portable's glass white board surface is 12"(30cm) x 9"(23cm), and it weighs approximately 2.4 lbs (1.1 kg).

      Where do you guys ship from?

      We have multiple warehouses across the US to serve our US and Canadian customers, and an international warehouse for our international customers.

      How long is shipping time?

      Typical shipping delivery times to North America are between 3-7 days. Typical delivery times to Europe are between 8-16 days. Typical delivery times to Australia and New Zealand are between 7-18 days. And typical delivery times to UAE are 8-14 days. Please note that delivery times will also be effected by current inventory levels at our various warehouses.

      Absolutely! You can mail your DeskBoard Buddy Portable back to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your package.

      Will there be extra custom fees on delivery?

      There will never be any extra custom fees for delivery to the US, EU, UK, Australia or New Zealand. In some cases there may be extra custom fees for deliveries to Canada for orders which are shipped from our US warehouse.
